San Ramon 40th Anniversary Gala Set For Aug. 25

SAN RAMON, CA — Tickets are on sale for San Ramon’s 40th Anniversary Gala, a night of dinner and dancing to mark the city’s anniversary.

The gala will take place on the evening of Friday, Aug. 25 at City Hall and the San Ramon Community Center. Festivities will begin at 6 p.m. at the City Hall Rotunda with the “Sips, Stories & Small Bites” cocktail hour. Guests will then move to the Community Center’s Fountain Room for a gourmet dinner and champagne toast.

After dinner, music will play in two different locations: a DJ playing 80s hits in one room, and a live jazz band in another. Guests can enjoy desserts that were popular in 1983 and an “Everything 80s” photo booth.

Tickets cost $99 and include hors d’oeuvres, dinner, a champagne toast, two drink tickets, an after-party with dessert, and commemorative champagne flute.
